Details: SUMMARY: Follow up on OERS Report 2012-0596 DETAILS: I relayed over the phone the details of OERS spill report 2012-0596 to Howard this morning at 10 am. I emailed details to St. Helens, Rainier, and PGE Beaver, all with intakes on the Columbia River downstream of reported spill. Spill report called in from US Coast Guard of an unknown amount of hydrochloric acid, ethylene gylcol, hydraulic oil, muratic acid at 58231 Old Portland Rd, St. Helens. ACTION NEEDED: DWP to provide support to systems with intakes on Columbia River downstream of spill as appropriate.
