Details:	SUMMARY: Respond to coliform positive DETAILS: spoke with Jay and he said the hose bib that the original sample was taken from did not have a back flow device and he thinks it was contaminated. 5 repeat samples submitted, one from the well and 4 from the distribution. 5 temporary routine samples required by end of February 2012 ACTION NEEDED: Waiting for results.
