| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I spoke to an office secretary at 7:30 am that was aware of the alert. She stated that Caroline had called a service provider to come and shock chlorinate the system. At 10am I confirmed with Caroline that she actually did have a service provider come and shock the system. Repeat samples were not taken. I explained that taking them now would not work. We discussed the process of submitting repeat samples to include a triggered source after receiving notification of a positive routine sample. We also discussed taking a voluntary special sample at the original positive test site to confirm shocking the system worked and the requirement to take five temporary routine distribution samples in February. ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of special sample if taken and five temporary routine samples to be submitted in February. | ||
