| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non-Complier (PNC) DETAILS: I contacted Jim to let him know that well #3 hasn’t had a sample since the positive total coliform samples on October 3rd. The system sent in a triggered source and 2 repeat absent samples on Oct.17. And the state has not received any sampling since or a copy of the public notice. I spoke with Jim to let him know that we had not received any sampling since October. He thought there had been samples since then and he would check his records and with the lab. if asked him to fax any sample results that he had since then to this office and I would forward to the state. I also asked him to sample ASAP as this would allow a 1st quarter sample to be taken and reported on time. I will also obtain a copy of the public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice and monitor for current sample results for system to return to compliance outstanding violation. | ||
