Details: SUMMARY: Monitoring violation DETAILS: I contacted Jim to let him know that well #2 since August 31, 2011. He believed they had samples since then. He will check his records and fax any sample results to this office. I let him know that he will need to sample and report in the 1st quarter to resolve the violation. He said he would sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: monitor sample results
