Details:	SUMMARY: TCR MCL DETAILS: Kenneth collected four repeat samples all were total coliform positive. Clarified that the sample tap in the pressure tank room is closest to the wellhead and best represents a wellhead sample. Requested that he collect five confirmation samples from this tap per GWR before corrective action is taken. He noted a active irrigation ditch a few feet from the well that is used year-round. He prepared and distributed public notice and provided copy to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Await results of five confirmation samples from well.
