Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting nitrate DETAILS: I called and spoke with Marsha in regards to these two stated violations. She was unaware the samples had not been taken and she indicated to me she would submit a nitrate sample for each well by Friday 3/2/12. I will follow up with her again next week to ensure the samples were indeed submitted to the lab. ACTION NEEDED: Submit nitrate samples.
