Details: SUMMARY: Failed to submit nitrate DETAILS: I spoke with Steve Branson today regarding the violation and he informed me he would collect a 2012 nitrate sample within a weeks time. 3/9/12 - Nitrate sample was submitted. ACTION NEEDED: A 2012 sample needs to be submitted to return to compliance.
