| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: 3/9/12 Friday, 3pm. I spoke with Frank regarding the sample. It was collected through a garden hose. I advised him to remove the hose before collecting samples. I explained the triggered and three repeat sample requirement along with the five distribution temporary routine samples in April. Frank has agreed to become the contact for this system. An inventory update for was submitted to the state. 3/12/12 - One triggered and 3 repeat samples were submitted and all tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: One triggered and 3 repeat samples need to be collected within 24 hours, most likely on Monday. | ||
