Details: SUMMARY: Sanitary survey follow up DETAILS: Juanice called to let me know about the vent screen on well #2. She had Brannen Bates repair the vent and take a picture of the repaired vent. She sent the pictures to me. She also indicated that she sent the ASR to the state for cross connection control. This corrects the deficiencies from the 12/16/11 survey. ACTION NEEDED: None
