| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeats for sample date 11/9/11 DETAILS: I called Mark Brown to let him know about the repeat positive total coliform samples taken 11/9/11. He said he had received the results and needed to know what he needed to do. I let him know he will need to complete and post a public notice. I emailed mark the link to the public notice template for total coliform. I also let him know it would be a good idea to check the chlorinate as it should be taking cared of total coliform if its operating properly. He said he would be sure to check it out and return a copy of the notice to this office and the state. I let Mark know they would need 5 temporary routine samples in the distribution system for the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of the public notice and monitor follow up sampling. | ||
