| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform at 6580 Randell Way DETAILS: I received an alert that a repeat sample was coliform positive. When I spoke to Dale yesterday he stated that four repeat samples were taken. State website is showing only two. I sent two emails one on the afternoon of 4/2 to his wife Francis stating that an MCL violation had occurred and that public notice would be required. I attached the unresolved public notice template to the email. I noticed that only two repeat samples were submitted on the morning of 4/3. I sent a second email explaining the ground water rule the requirement for four repeat samples. I explained that three should be distribution samples, one at the original site, an upstream and a downstream if possible that should be marked as repeat. I also explained the need to sample at the well head and that it should be marked as a triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up when I return from the state conference on Wednesday | ||
