Details: SUMMARY: Failure to submit a 2011 nitrate sample DETAILS: Violation 205 was assessed. I spoke with Tom today and we discuses the violation. He thinks he collected a 2011 nitrate sample and will be checking with Neilson Research to confirm. If yes, results will be forwarded to the state and if not he will collect a 2012 nitrate. ACTION NEEDED: If 2011 nitrate sample was collected, results need to be sent to the state. If one was not collected, a 2012 sample will be collected and will return to compliance.
