Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of violation DETAILS: I contacted Jeff at the fish hatchery and he indicated that he simply forgot to sample in the first quarter as they have been short staffed and hes been covering several jobs. He indicated that he would sample right away. I let him know that would resolve the violation. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results and return to compliance
