| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review Clarification DETAILS: I called Tim this morning to discuss concerns about the "raw water" sampling bib on the well outlet piping for this facility. The piping was reworked during relocation of the chlorine injection system. In the pictures submitted with plan review, a black hose is attached to the "bib" which allows them to add water to chlorine day tank. I questioned Tim about the practicality of using this hose/bib for "raw water" sampling. He will check with his engineer, but generally felt that they could collect a sample from this location. I reminded him that as part of the GW Rule, they will need to collect one "assessment" sample each year from a raw water sampling location, and also targeted repeat of the raw water location should a distribution sample be either TC or Ecoli positive. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
