Details: SUMMARY: Rhonda would like to reopen the restaurant DETAILS: Odessa Coffee Shop will be opening on May 4 and running until October 31. She stated that water samples have been taken and she will send results to our department. ACTION NEEDED: Reactivate system and send in quarterly coliform and yearly nitrate samples.
