Details: SUMMARY: System survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: Follow up from survey date 11/30/10. The system turned in the CCR and certification on 8/5/11. The system now has an approved cross connection ordinance. The system also has turned annual summary reports for 2010 and 2011. This resolves all significant deficiencies from the 11/30/10 system survey ACTION NEEDED: none
