Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform samples DETAILS: Spoke with Mr. Summers today. Spoke once again about the possibility of chlorinating the well for residual maintenance and he appeared to be favorable to the suggestion. Explained how residual maintenance works to keep the system clear of total coliform, the testing requirements and the possible location of a chlorinator. Gave Mr. summers the HBH contact information and I believe he will be contacting him immediately. Mr. Summers did take the April sample which was negative for total coliform He plans to take the May sample this week as he realized he missed the sampling requirements in April. ACTION NEEDED: Five repeat samples required a this time
