| Details: | SUMMARY: Rugulatory Assistance DETAILS: System tested positive for coliform on 2nd quarter routine sample collected 4/10/12. System tested positive on 3 of 4 repeat samples collected 4/12/12. Well was shock chlorinated on 4/14/12. A special sample was collected 4/17/12 and results are pending. Investigation of the water system by Jim Nash of Stutzman Services noted an unsealed vent on the well and deterioration of the well seal. Mr. Nash is planning on making repairs within the next 2-3 days. The firm will likely shock chlorinate again after repairs and collect another special sample to verify potable water. All public access to water has been shut off except the toilet rooms. ACTION NEEDED: Post a tier 2 public notice. Repair system and verify potable water. Collect 5 routine samples in May 2012 | ||
