Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate and bacteria violation DETAILS: Spoke with Amos in person about sampling violations. System failed to do a nitrate test in 2011. System also did not do enough bacteria tests in January 2012. Told Amos to check his records to see if he did the nitrate test last year. If he has results they can still be submitted. In regards to the bacteria test, Amos admitted not doing enough in January. He will get on track in February. Both violations will need to be mentioned in the annual consumer confidence reports. ACTION NEEDED: Await results
