| Details: | SUMMARY: Treatment on well DETAILS: Improvements have been made to the well head, though it remains exposed to the enviornment and the concrete pad does not slope away. It would be effective to move the structure next to the well head to encompass the well head. Since the system has an historic E. coli positive, treatment for viruses is required. Current treatment is cartridge filtration and UV (neither product providing virus treatment credit). One alternative is to add chlorination, which historically was applied. Discussed other alternatives and their relative costs, advantages, and disadvantages. Also discussed labeling samples with EP-B or SRC-BA (entry point B and source B which apply to the clubhouse and well, respectively). ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
