| Details: | SUMMARY: 4 log disinfection verification DETAILS: Reviewed disinfection verification forms prepared by operator with several errors noted. I completed disinfection verification form using correct measurement/methodology. Connection at valve between spring source and surface water from creek was cut with air gap now in place. By the time I left the park on Saturday, water from the cut line was not coming in contact with the cut end on the valve due to erosion of the soil from water pressure. Video of this taking place was shot and sent to the state, Daniel Hough. Chlorine residual measured at 0 mg/L during site visit. System was flushed on one line in park with 0.5 mgL measured 15 minutes later. Boil water notice is still in effect. Provided park with disinfection verification forms on 4/7/12 and told Jody to send them to state and Lincoln County by the 10th of the following month. Also discussed reading meter on daily basis and marking recorded date. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
