| Details: | SUMMARY: Groundwater CT monitoring location DETAILS: Discussed options to monitor chlorine concentration at the entry point or at an equivalent location when access at the entry point (EP) is restricted. A tap line could be run from the EP to another location as long as the flow in the tap line is sufficiently high to minimize the delay between chlorine concentration at the EP and what is being monitored via the tap line. Such a tap line would best be looped. Discussed physical pipe configurations where both SUB and Rainbow contribute different sources before the EP. ACTION NEEDED: Call Dave about whether the Ground Water Rule requires reporting of chlorine concentrations at the EP. | ||
