Details: SUMMARY: All 5 assessment sample positive DETAILS: Silas Olson contacted me about the detections. I instructed them to issue a boil waternotice immediately. I also spoke with Melvin and he informed me the well casing forwell AA is deteriorated and they are considering using the back emergency well SRCBAbut it also has E. coli in the source water according to a special source sample thatwas taken. I sent a request to Tom Patte to review both wells. Silas and Melvin areproposing to install 4 log disinfection by adding multiple contact chambers. I amwaiting for more details of what they are proposing and to hear back from Tomregarding the well evaluations. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up with Operator and OHA.
