Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to monitoring violation DETAILS: System samples on 5/23/12 and the lab reported it but there was a mix up in the way the lab was supposed to report it. I talked to Chuck M and he said the lab did get it in on time and it was the states error so they removed the violation. ACTION NEEDED: none
