Details: SUMMARY: Regulatory assistance DETAILS: System has never completed the one time arsenic test on the well water currently serving the store. The well was drilled in 1998. Derek wing, manager, stated he has spoken with their water lab and he will collect a sample for arsenic testing on 6/1/12 ACTION NEEDED: Complete one time arsenic on well water.
