Details: SUMMARY: 2 lead and copper (LCR)excursions for April DETAILS: I called and left a message for the operator letting him know about the LCR excursions. I let him know to check with the onsite manager to be sure the soda ash feeders are operating properly and if not to have them repaired. The system is due for a survey this year so I will likely schedule a survey soon. ACTION NEEDED: I will attempt to contact the operator again to find out details.
