Details: SUMMARY: Well setback from property line DETAILS: Martin called to say that El Rodeo owns the property to the east. Also, a written agreement exists with the property owner to the south for the original well. Martin will look for a copy and send it to DWP. A map with handwritten information on ownership of the property to the east is sufficient documentation as a aerial photo showing plat map boundaries is in the file. ACTION NEEDED: none
