Details: SUMMARY: Follow up to monitoring violation DETAILS: Originally spoke to operator about not taking the source sample on 4/18/12. She said they forgot to take the source sample. I asked her if they could take one and the church was concerned with the cost of sampling. They did take a source sample on 7/5/12 and reported on 7/6/12. The violation has been returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none
