Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting violation DETAILS: Sent letter stating sample results have to be sent to the state by the 10th of each following month. A bacteria sample and public notice is due to correct this violation. Tests are to taken quarterly. January 23 a test result was submitted but no public notice. ACTION NEEDED: Submit and post a public notice
