Details: SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: I contacted Bob and informed him of the violation for failure to report 2nd quarter 2012 coliform. He said he didnt think he took a samples for 2nd quarter but will take one right away and send in test results to state. I also asked him to do a public notice and send in to the state. ACTION NEEDED: none
