Details: SUMMARY: Ecoli source assessment well #1 DETAILS: Received phone call and fax from Tom Mitchell at the state. Spoke with Melvin on 7/6/12 @1015. Told him he needed to take 5 additional source samples today. He said he would. Also informed him that if one comes back total and fecal positive he would have to issue a boil water notice. ACTION NEEDED: Collect 5 source confirmation samples.
