Details: SUMMARY: LT2 compliance options DETAILS: While maintaining compliance and protection of public health, is there something that can be done in conjunction with upcoming system upgrades that would provide 0.5-log treatment credit for LT2 compliance? Discussed how Albany could attain credit for maintaining a CFE value below 0.15. Is the influent pipe to the Maple Street reservoir a valid CFE location? No, because the original clearwell provides storage before this point. Watershed protection not likely practical and there is no assurance a plan would be accepted. Membranes or UV are expensive. ACTION NEEDED: What could be done to obtain the CFE credit given the current plant configuration?
