Details: SUMMARY: Failed to submit nitrate and coliform DETAILS: Violations were assessed for failing to submit a 2011 nitrate sample and a first quarter 2012 coliform. I spoke with Mark regarding these two violations. He said he would collect nitrate and coliform samples ASAP. 7/23/12 - The above violations were returned to compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none
