Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: A routine sample 6/25/12 positive for coliform. Spoke with Wanda and she has already collected a triggered source and repeat samples. We also discussed the five required temporary routines in July. 7/19/12- The trigged source and three distribution repeat samples collected on 6/23/12 tested negative. ACTION NEEDED: Five temporary routines need to be collected in July.
