Details: SUMMARY: 3 of 4 repeat sample positive for coliform DETAILS: System is to be shock chlorinated. Discussed with Dave the need for public notice and five temporary routine distribution samples in July. I left a message for the owner about setting up a meeting to discuss the on going coliform issues. ACTION NEEDED: Meet with owner and wait for results of a special sample if taken and five samples in July.
