Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive 8/6/12 DETAILS: I called and left a message for Kathleen to let her know about the total coliform positive. This system consists of a hand pump. I let her know to take 3 repeat samples and one additional sample labeled as source sample. I let her know to be sure that 5 temporary routine samples are taken in September. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results and respond if necessary
