| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform from distribution system DETAILS: Spoke to Mr. Shambaugh by phone. He indicated he had taken only one repeat sample and would not be taking any others. This is a non EPA system. He was polite but said there was no money for taking any of the additional samples required. System serves 13 vacation homes. He has no plans to notify any of the users and is convinced the system is clean and that he had accidentally contaminated the sample. ACTION NEEDED: Discussed with CGR. No further action taken. | ||
