Details: SUMMARY: Follow up for monitoring violation DETAILS: Called owner Rich and discussed missed 2nd quarter sample. Not sure why missed. Rich will talk to Jenny and sample 3rd quarter ASAP. ACTION NEEDED: Submit 3rd quarter results ASAP and continue to take on time quarterly routine samples. Public notice is required as long as violation exists.
