Details: SUMMARY: Repeat coliform positive for 8/1/12 DETAILS: I called and left a message for Jette and left a message about sampling requirements. I also mailed he a copy of the sampling protocol. I called twice with no response. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor sample results and continue to try to reach operator. The system is due for a survey this year so we will attempt to perform a survey soon
