Details:	SUMMARY: Violation 903087309-10 DETAILS: The owner/operator of Richis Place, Richard, called due to a Violation notice from the DWP. The DWP does not have the assessment/source water tests from May and June. The facility is taking monthly source water tests at this time. The owner stated he has been taking the source tests from the raw water sample tap and has the test results from the water lab. It was explained that it appears the DWP does not have these tests and he or his lab needs to submit the source tests (assessment samples) for May and June. He stated he would get them to the DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Submit May and June 2012 Source tests.
