Details: SUMMARY: Violation - Failed to report TC 2nd QTR 2012 DETAILS: I contacted Katsu who is assisting the operator. I notified her of the violation. She thought they (lab) sent in the test results. She will take future coliform samples and submit on time. ACTION NEEDED: The coliform test results are posted on SDWIS for 2nd QTR 2012. The test results were submitted late.
