Details: SUMMARY: Violation - Failed to report Coliform on time 2nd QTR 2012 DETAILS: I contacted Dick Speros and informed him of the violation. He said he sampled, but test results may not have been sent in to the state DWP. I faxed him the Public Notice template. ACTION NEEDED: Send in test results and complete Public Notice and post and send in to state DWS.
