Details:	SUMMARY: Violation - Source samples (GWR) DETAILS: I contacted Terry Hummel again regarding the required 12 months of source sampling. He said he thought it was getting done. I contacted him previously on 5/23/12 and went over the requirements. He said he will get right on it today. He is in the process of changing labs. ACTION NEEDED: Needs to complete 12 months of source water sampling.
