Details: SUMMARY: Initial contact for emergency Response Plan (ERP) DETAILS: Initial contact with operator made 8/30/12 via telephone call. Contact attempt successful. Discussed with the operator what is happening at a state level and the need for an ERP for their water system. I made an appointment with operator to visit 9/6/12 for follow up and sanitary survey. ACTION NEEDED: Will follow up with operator regarding ERP on 9/6/12.
