Details: SUMMARY: Initial contact for Emergency Response (ERP) DETAILS: Initial contact with operator made 7/16/12 via letter with subsequent follow up telephone call on 7/20/12. Contact attempt successful, and discussed with the operator what is happening at a state level and the need for an ERP for their water system.
