Details: SUMMARY: Phthalate Alert Response DETAILS: Received alert for phthalate detection of 0.00105 mg/l from sample collected at EP-B/Well on 9/17/12. Spoke with Ronnie, advising him to contact the lab and ask they send a bottle so a confirmation sample could be collected. Ronnie said he would do so. ACTION NEEDED: Further action to be based on result of follow up sample.
