Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat coliform detection DETAILS: Contacted Tony and reminded him to take 5 temp routines in August since the positive was in July. Need to chlorinated the well and flush before samples. Also needs to send documentation the sample labeled pump house hb is a triggered sample. Must issue a public notice tier 2 for the confirmed total coliform. The public notice should be submitted to the stat. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on above actions.
