Details: SUMMARY: Completed/corrected survey deficiency follow up DETAILS: A significant deficiency was cited in the water survey on August 14 for not meeting setbacks. Four options for correction were provided in the cover letter. The owner/operator Leon requested an evaluation for a construction setback waiver. This was approved 9/10/12. A letter was sent to Mr. Leon explaining the waiver approval (copy of letter provided with this contact. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor coliform and nitrate testing.
