Details:	SUMMARY: Result of application for waiver from construction standards DETAILS: See letter in file dated 10/30/2012 regarding denial of waiver request from septic setback. Result of setback deficiency found during latest water system survey. System must proceed to connect to new approved source of drinking water or install 4-log inactivation of viruses to comply with the groundwater rule. ACTION NEEDED: Next step is for the system to develop corrective action plan for groundwater rule compliane to be reviewed and approved by Jackson County Environmental Health.
